They say iron sharpens iron and when I am showing with the members of ArtWear Network, it pushes me to deliver my best.
"I've collected a number of her pieces over the years - I feel elegant, finished, jaunty or even sexy when I wear a Bonnie Glass and it's a pleasure to brighten up the life of all those around me."

She's HOT - Sold

The hot colours of a hand-felted scarf (by Maureen Harding), which I cut up, was the inspiration for my choice of fabrics uesd in this jacket. It has a winter lining. You will look HOT in the middle of the cold.

The Chorus - Sold

This is my Indo-etro style topper. The main fabric is hand-dyed cotton and was definitely the inspiration. Tried a fractured fabric treatment on the arms, which I liked. All together it sings.

Dream Scheme - Sold

Fell in love with the beautiful blues in this hand-woven fabric. The marriage of all the elements including the felted scarf (another Maureen Harding creation), it made it a happy swing coat. .

Vested Interest - Sold

A collaboration with Maureen Harding (a fellow member of ArtWear Network) of Dream Spin Fibers who hand dyed the fabric used in the body of the swing vest and parts of the collage as well. Could be worn as a top or as a vest.

Turquoise Goth - Sold

Another collaboration. I took her shibori dyed and felted shawl to use in the construction of the bodice of this top. The silk sleeve edges were ruched up and gave it a gothic look.

Flanked in Flames - Sold

The hand dyed fabric by Maureen Harding used through the side panels of this cape top inspired the whole thing. Pieces of shibori dyed and felted fabric were also used in the collage through the center front and back.

Timorous Tiger - Sold

The starting point for this design was once again a beautiful piece of Maureen Harding's shibori dyed and felted fabric. The bomber style adds fun to the serious beauty of the jacket top.
